Cast Iron
All cast iron orders over £750 (Nett) (£1,000 from 20th July) will be delivered free of charge*. Orders under £750 (Nett) (£1,000 from 20th July) will incur a delivery charge (see below).
A delivery charge of £25 will apply to all Orders that do not include Gutter or Pipe Lengths, Orders that include Gutter and/or Pipe Lengths will be charged at £55.00 (£70.00 from 20th July).
Post Office parcel post, which is not next day is also available for Gutter Fittings, Pipe Fittings & Sundries, please call 01536 762400 to use this option. This option is not available for any gutter/pipe lengths.

GRP Hoppers are made to order and delivery will be 10/14 working days.
Returns
If you have an issue with your order or delivery, please contact us as soon as possible by calling 01536 762400 or emailing [email protected] and quoting your order number.
Bespoke and non-stock items, these include mill finish aluminium, powder coated aluminium & some steel products, are not eligible for refunds unless damaged or faulty. Most aluminium products are made to order and will only be refunded if faulty.
Please report any issues with your order on receipt, and return your product(s) within 14 days.
Restocking fees
Primed cast iron goods can be returned for a full credit of the goods value, however all other goods, including painted cast iron, will be subject to a restocking fee. All goods returned must be in a saleable condition.
Returns cannot be processed without a valid return form. Complete our return form and return by email or post.
