Cast Iron
All cast iron orders over £750 (Nett) will be delivered free of charge*. Orders under £750 (Nett) will incur a delivery charge (see below).
A delivery charge of £19.95 will apply to all Orders that do not include Gutter or Pipe Lengths, Orders that include Gutter and/or Pipe Lengths will be charged at £45.00.
*Delivery charges and free delivery are to England, Wales & Scotland mainland only. Palletised orders for deliveries to AB all, DD all,PA20 - 28, IV all , KA27 - 28, PA all, KW15 - 17 Post codes & All Islands will be subject to a delivery surcharge & possible extended delivery times, These orders will need to telephoned through on Freephone 0800 888 6054

All Orders for Aluminium & Steel over £500 (Nett) will be delivered free of charge*. Orders under £500 (Nett) will incur a delivery charge (see below). All Fascia, Soffit & Coping (all values) will be charged at £45 per delivery.
A delivery charge of £19.95 will apply to all Orders that do not include Gutter or Pipe Lengths, Orders that include Gutter and/or Pipe Lengths will be charged at £45.00. All Fascia, Soffit & Coping Orders (all values) are Charged at £45.00 per Delivery.

UPVC & GRP
All orders for UPVC & GRP over £500 (Nett) will be delivered free of charge*. Orders under £500 (Nett) will incur a delivery charge (see below).
A delivery charge of £19.95 will apply to all Orders that do not include 4 Metre Length of Gutter, Orders that include 4 Metre Lengths of Gutter will be charged at £45.00. (All other products including 2 Metre Gutters & 1.8 Metre or 2.5 Metre Pipes are charged at £19.95)

GRP Hoppers are made to order and delivery will be 10/14 working days.
Returns
If you have an issue with your order or delivery, please contact us as soon as possible by calling 01536 762400 or emailing [email protected] and quoting your order number.
Bespoke and non-stock items, these include mill finish aluminium, powder coated aluminium & some steel products, are not eligible for refunds unless damaged or faulty. Most aluminium products are made to order and will only be refunded if faulty.
Please report any issues with your order on receipt,and return your product(s) within 14 days.
Restocking fees
Primed cast iron goods can be returned for a full credit of the goods value, however all other goods, including painted cast iron and fabricated goods that are returned, will be subject to a restocking fee. All goods returned must be in a saleable condition.
Returns cannot be processed without a valid return form. Complete our return form and return by email or post.
